We had a great turn out this year at Juniper Fest with over forty people braving the rain to pick wild juniper berries on Saturday and Sunday at Greengate Farms, ending up with 40 pounds of berries. Over 80 people came to the pig roast held at The Grainery featuring one amazing Mangalista pig, fattened with beer mash from our distilling process. The feast was once again prepared by Dan Fox Madison Club who roasted the pig for over 20 hours and served other seasonal items including roasted potatoes picked fresh from Washington Island by Ken and Tom Koyen. We had many cocktails, chili and, of course, bitters at Nelson's Bitters Hall; plus a photo scavenger hunt, corn toss games and a fish boil at KK Fiske.

We will be doing it all over again this year, the last weekend in September, we hope to see you on the island to get a first hand glimpse at the juniper berries, wheat fields, and most importantly the people that make our product so special.
